  • Process

    Deadlines for applications will be provided once construction for the property begins. When the deadline is established, all applications that meet the criteria of home ownership, will be chosed by a third party’s electronic drawing. Back-up candidates will be also be chosen with the electronic drawing.

  • Your Home

    Potential home owners must certify the home will be their primary residence.

Fair Market Rent.

The price point of our homes was calculated using The Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Small Area Fair Market Rent Housing Scale. The mortgage payment of the home will equate to the fair market rent value for the year of purchase of the home.
